| Michel Artières is founder, President and CEO of ATEME.
Previously, Michel had directed R&D in Image Processing and Compression at French Ministry of Defence. He specifically directed research works
in the field of progressive lossless compression for very high definition images, and blurred image restoration in noisy environments.
Michel received his engineering degree from Supelec, Paris, France, with a specialization in signal processing.

| Dominique Edelin is founder and COO of ATEME.
Previously, Dominique had directed hardware designs for market such as telecommunication and Aeronautic.
He specifically managed large designs of equipments for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles: video and data payloads acquisition,
compression, methods of multiplexing and radio transmission. Dominique received his engineering degree from Supelec, Paris, France,
with a specialization in electronics.

| Benoît Fouchard joined ATEME in 2001 as VP Sales.
Benoit previously held key business development positions with IT supply chain specialist ModusLink,
where he expanded the presence of the group in Southern and Eastern Europe. Benoit has a Master Degree from HEC,
the French top business school.

| Xavier Niel joined ATEME board in December 2006.
He is Founder and Chief Strategy Officer for the Iliad Group, a dominant player in the French Internet and Telecommunications
market through its ISP subsidiary, Free®. Free is the number one alternative ADSL operator in France with more
than 2,278,000 subscribes as of December 31, 2006, 50% of which are effective IPTV viewers.
He has been responsible for the Group's major strategic developments, from the development of Internet access services
to the launch of the Freebox project.

| Jean Bourcereau is a General Partner with Ventech,
investing in semiconductor and communications. He currently serves on a number of Boards including Arteris, Crocus Technology and
Ekinops. He previously was a Director of Musiwave (acquired by Openwave).
Jean graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENST.

| Dominique Agrech is a
Member of the Executive Board at XAnge Private Equity. He has been active in venture capital since 1986, having gained experience
in both life sciences and Information Technology. After a first experience with the Suez group, Dominique joined Abn-Amro
Capital France in 1997 as head of Venture. He is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and ENSPM.

| Sylvain Rivière joined ATEME in 2007 as
EVP marketing to implement new solutions focus for ATEME technologies and products in Broadcast and Broadband market segments.
Prior to ATEME, Sylvain was the Senior Director of Product Marketing for BigBand Networks (NASDAQ: BBND), a leading provider
of broadband multimedia infrastructure for video, voice and data. Before this, Sylvain was a Senior Group Manager at Harmonic, Inc.

| Fabrice Sana joined ATEME in 2007 as CFO.
He is responsible for control and reporting, tax, treasury, administrative and IT department. He previously held positions in finance
as Management Control Director for Karavel, Finance Controller for Alstom and manager for Arthur Andersen / BearingPoint.
Fabrice has a Master Degree from the European Business School.
